Hi Sreddy, thanks for writing to me today. Did you know that the Day Lily can be eaten? We have them in our garden and they are quite yummy to munch ;)
Hey Shaista! Yip, we Taiwanese use it quite often in our cuisine. This bush was growing in the garden and there were too little buds to make a dish so my mom let it flower. Do you just pick it of and eat it without cooking?
I did not realise that they could be eaten too. I have used nasturtiums and they are great. How would you typically use it? In a salad? Just the buds? The flowers and the leaves?
Welcome to Sreddy's ramblings! Thank you for taking the time to read "Say You, Say Me". Each comment is highly appreciated! I hope you enjoy the stories and photos which I have to share...

Sreddy: The Day Lilly you captured is a pretty flower. Nicely shown my friend.
